1: Ask Yourself The Important Questions

  • What do I want to achieve this year/month/etc?

  • What am I looking for?

  • What is important to me?

Asking these questions can help determine a theme or purpose for your vision board

  • Helps you stay aware of your goals/intention.

2: Pick A Theme & Look For Inspiration

  • Try to find a common theme tying your board together, whether it’s a quote or mantra

  • Aside from deciding what content you want on your board, think about the aesthetics and colors

  • Write down positive statements of your dream self

3: Get Creative (HAVE FUN!)

  • This is where you can use your creative freedom to express yourself on your vision board

  • This is something you will constantly be looking at so do whatever you think is best

  • Tips to prevent waste: using old magazine cutouts, postcards, or even inspirational greeting cards you can find

Tips:

  • Look up color theory charts to see which colors evoke certain emotions.

  • Affirmations to consider in your vision board:

Health, money, entrepreneurship, social, and eating habits

  • Write down your biggest fears and seal in an envelope to track growth by the end of the year

  • Create a reward system for accomplishing your goals such as getting a manicure, ice cream etc.

  • Make your vision board tailored to YOU.
